This study was intended to serve as a basis for determining the quality control and authenticity of royal jelly by identifying changes in the major components of royal jelly. Since the components of royal jelly are affected by various environments such as nectar source and seasons, it was analyzed that they were provided monthly from a farm in Gyeongsangnam-do to obtain reliable results. From March to July, 40 samples of Royal Jelly were investigated for the content of 10-hydroxy-2-decenoic acid(10-HDA), carbon isotope ratio, saccharide and water.
As a result of analyzed 10-HDA with high performance liquid chromatograph diode-array detector, it showed a wide range of 1.5~2.5%, and some showed a lower value than the standard value (1.6%) o ... 전체 초록 보기
