In this paper, I analyzed the image of "KAYA(a mosquito net) " which describes the scenery of the summer Hokku. The image of KAYA were analyzed in four categories 1.Image associated with Plant 2.Image associated with Animal 3.Image associated with Landscape 4. Image associated with Human. The results are as follows. 1. I analyzed the images related to plants by classifying them as grass flowers, bamboo, bush piles, vine stems, and orchids. 2. The images related to animals were categorized as egret, owl, horse, and cat. 3. The images related to the landscape were categorized as moonlight, wind, rain, temple, and nap. 4. I analyzed images of Human by dividing them into children's thoughts, homesickness, poor fortune, loneliness, daily life without change, and personal satisfaction. I analyzed the image of the bed net that appeared in Hokku in summer, but I could not find any of the sites that suggested that the mosquitoes were alive. When we used the language of mosquito nets, I could see that mosquitoes were not the main characters, but the device that we use to avoid them. And the people of this age knew they could hang up a mosquito net and enjoy their summer, even if they didn't have enough reeway to put a mosquito net on their horse.
