The game of golf returns to the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Summer Olympics. Due to the great achievement of Korean golfer, there has been increasing attempts to understand Korean golfers' athletic competency from various scholarly perspectives. In this re-gards, this study is designed to verify the influence of coach leadership behaviors (Chelladurai's LSS based) on golfers satisfaction utilizing the Comprehensive Meta Analysis Version 2(CMA) program. From the golf leadership related cases, a total of 95 effect size data (n=2,368) were accepted through the selection criterion. The findings of this study are as follows. First, the I2 value of 96.978% and Q-statistic value of 2110.691 (df=94, p=.00) clearly indicated high level of heterogeneity for further analyses. Secondly, among the coach leadership traits, Training and Instruction indicated the highest effect size (95% CIs [0.342, 0.579] ES=0.469) followed by Social Support(95% CIs [0.319, 0.478] ES=0.401), Democratic(95% CIs [0.283, 0.479] ES=0.385), Positive Feedback(95% CIs [0.242, 0.451] ES=0.351), and lastly, Autocratic (95% CIs [-0.181, 0.066] ES=-0.059). Autocratic trait theoret-ically grounded by the LSS showed negative effect size with golfers satisfaction.
