Focusing on the Gyubanggasa works are material of the problematic situations connected with marriage, I researched the reason and meaning of the conflict occurrence and investigate the female recognition. According to the aspects, marriage issues are divided into 3 types. dealing with a spinster who wanted to marry but could’t ; <Nochunyeoga (노처녀가) type> - <Chungyutanbyelgok(춘규탄별곡)>, <Nochunyeoga(노처녀가) 1>, <Nochunyeoga(노처녀가) 2>) dealing with a bartered bride who married with the unwanted bridegroom forcibly ; <Dongsangga(동상가)>, <Wonhanga(원한가)>, <Bunyeoga>(부녀가) dealing with marriage fraud ; <Shingajeon(신가전)> In the 1 st type, the negative recognition of the society for spinster and the self-shame of the spinster is laid on the basis of the works. Spinster’s desire to be regarded as a social being through the marriage and parent attitudes to be passive on daughter’s marriage are consist the important frameworks. In this type, It is possible to find meaning that they have struggled and attempted to perceive their own circumstances and acquire social identities in social relations from the works that have been released. In 2 nd type, The "sold" bride motif, decided to marry with a non-ordinary spouse for the economic reason, reflects the lives of women who are forced to sacrifice for their families in late Choseon dynasty. In the process that the desire to enjoy mediocrity happiness is dissatisfied with the strong pressure of the patriarch, women will recognize their existence which is treated as a coincidence, economic value. <Shingajeon> is a tragic story about a woman who has been married to a fraud. This work illustrates how a marriage failure is meant for women in the Choseon Dynasty. In male-centric society, the failure of a marriage to a woman signified the failure of life. Therefore, a woman who failed to marry became conscious of herself as a meaningless being. In such a problem situation, a woman who is the person directly involved and a victim can not positively solve the situation where he was placed, and after undergoing processes such as lamentation, desire, depression, criticism. They are attributable to giving up and accommodating the situation. This is an inevitable limitation of the power of individuals. It is characteristic of the Gyubanggasa literary genre, which is highly emotional.
