연구계획: 증례 보고. 목적: 재발성 천추 척색종의 수술적 치료에 대하여 보고하고자 한다. 선행 연구문헌의 요약: 천추 척색종은 매우 드문 질환이나 발생하였을 때 복잡한 구조물로인해 수술적 치료가 어려워 예후가 좋지 않은 것으로 되어있다. 대상 및 방법: 전 천추절제술 후 대퇴 동종골 및 수직 복직근 피판을 이용한 척추골반 재건술을 시행한 환자에 대한 수술적 방법 및 결과를 보고한다. 결과: 3년 7개월 동안 종양의 재발은 관찰되지 않았다. 결론: 철저한 수술 계획을 통하여 보다 안전하고 효과적으로 전 천추절제술 및 척추골반 재건술을 시행할 수 있음을 문헌 고찰과 함께 증례 보고하는 바이다.
