The purpose of this research is to analyze the economic feasibility on conger eel aquaculture complex using seawater of hot spring exploding into 72℃ from Seokmo Island on the west coast. As a result of the economic feasibility analysis on conger eel aquaculture complex using seawater of hot spring, the economic efficiency was about 10.5 billion won for 15 years of useful life, the project was found to be reasonable because the prices of B/C Ratio and IRR were analyzed as 1.826 and 32.8%, respectively. As for the sensitivity analysis on conger eel aquaculture complex, the present value of the benefits reacted the most sensitive to the changes in the production, so the management of production of freshwater eels is very important. It is analyzed that the return on investment for this project is possible after 4.12 years. Considering these aspects, it is necessary government support to activate a new aquaculture complex using seawater of hot spring water and it should be promote the projects based on surveys on actual condition and actual condition of this aquaculture complex. In addition, it is considered that continuous research should be conducted on the aquacultural industry using hot spring water. This study can be provided as basic data for the business of aquaculture using hot spring water in the future.
