This study establishes a research model on the impact of social entrepreneurship, management competency, organizational culture, and social networks on the economic and social performance of early social ventures, and to verify the research hypothesis. An empirical analysis was conducted on dogs. To summarize the results of the empirical analysis, first, initiative, innovation, and risk sensitivity, which are the sub-factors of social entrepreneurship, had a significant effect on economic performance, but risk sensitivity did not have a significant effect on social performance creation. Second, management competency had a significant positive (+) effect on economic and social performance. Third, it was found that corporate innovation-oriented, task-oriented, and relationship-oriented organizational culture had a significant positive (+) effect on corporate performance. Fourth, government support policies and social networks showed a significant moderating effect on economic and social performance. In addition, the implication of this study is the empirical analysis of the moderating effect of increasing economic and social performance as the social network of social ventures increases. As a result of this study, for the sustainable growth and development of social ventures in the future, it can be said that increasing the efficiency of direct government support and gaining internal competitiveness of companies is the priority.
