Making art decorations, especially buildings with a stable environment for apartment dwellers, and aesthetic, symbolic, and recreational functions can play a very important role in life. Accordingly, the study analyzed the trends of public housing built over the past three years and analyzed the satisfaction of art decoration residents. The criteria for analysis of art decorations were evaluated based on the materials and design of apartments, the size and amount of the apartments, and the quality of their work. The purpose of the research is to present basic materials to provide artworks that can contribute to the cultural life of neighboring residents. First, the current status survey was organized by analyzing the design trends and characteristics of architectural art ornaments. Each construction company successfully adjusted the color and details of apartment finishes and materials with a sense of unity, and showed changes that serve as a resting place in the apartment complex and as a focal point for the resident's lifestyle. There was a change in the size, material, and genre of the work. The problem was that similar works were installed over and over again, and that the installation did not vary from different authors to different authors. Second, the survey analyzed that the results of a regression analysis on the usability level showed that awareness, interest and needs significantly affect the satisfaction level of the use, and the higher the recognition and interest, the lower the overall satisfaction level of the use. A regression analysis on the overall satisfaction of art and decoration products could be interpreted as the higher the satisfaction of use and the more satisfied the space environment, the higher the overall satisfaction level of installed art products. Therefore, as a work for the public, it should be made with careful efforts by the architect and writer to create an optimal environment with landscaping.
