This paper introduces the newly discovered Gajip, Gagok song book 『Yulbo(律譜)』, owned the National Museum, to the academic community and examines its characteristics and genealogy. Chapter 2 identified bibliographic characteristics. 『Yulbo』 is a collection of one manuscript, a total of 22 sheets(44 pages excluding the cover page). Along with the Geomungo(Korean musical instrument with six strings) score, 99 Sijo and eight Gasa lyrics were included. The timing of the manuscript and the editor are unknown. On the front page, you can see the red ownership stamp "Mukyeon(墨緣)" and "Hangnong(杏農)", which is a copy of the original script. This reveals that 『yulbo』 is recopied Gajip, and that the original scripted editor is "Hangnong". Considering that "Mukyeon" was frequently used among figures around Chusa Kim Jung-hee(金正喜, 1786~1856), "Hangnong" is believed to be a friend of Chusa’s. Then, it seems that 『yulbo』 was first edited in the first half of the 19th century and copied again in its current form in the late 1890s. A square of "Eumjukgun(陰竹郡)" stamp is visible on the backing paper inside the front and back cover, which is believed to have been taken after being recopied. Noting that "Eumjukhyun(陰竹縣)" was reorganized as "Eumjukgun" in 1895, it is believed that the period of the being recopied of the 『Yulbo』 was after 1895 and in the late 1890s In Chapter 3, the organization of 『Yulbo』 and the characteristics of the musical pieces of Gagok Hanbatang were discussed. The 『Yulbo』 was composed of Geomungo score and the picture of Gagok rhythm, song of men and women's Gagok, Gasa, Sijo, Nanchang(男唱) Bujo(浮調), In the song of Gagok Hanbatang, there are 19 men’s and 9 women's Gagok musical pieces, Above all, a unique musical name is found. That is 'Daesujim(代受酙)', ​'Jonsudaeyeop(죤數大葉)', 'Seook(衰玉)', 'Yadaeyeop(夜數大葉)', 'Jeonghwasuyeop(庭花數葉)' and 'Heorak(回樂)'. Newly derived musical pieces in the process of differentiation were called by various names that revealed the characteristics of the musical pieces before they were nominal, and they are regarded as such transitional cases. The organization of Gagok Hanbatang shows that 'Banyeop(半葉)' appears in both men and women's song and the 'Wujo(羽調)' and 'Gyemyeonjo(界面調)' system is clear. In both men and women song, 'Dugeo(頭擧)' is located behind 'Samsakdaeyeop(三數大葉)', which shows that 『Yulbo』 is a product 'Dugeo' was derived and 'Gunggeo(中擧)' and 'Pyeonggeo(平擧)' did not appear in the first half of the 19th century. 'Gyesoyong(界騷聳)' is also visible. In Yeochang(women's song), ‘Hwangeirak(還界樂)’ appears in the name of 'Heorak'. ‘Hwangeirak’ is Called by many names, it appears to have been nominal in the late 19th century. ‘Dae(臺)’, ending song, appears only in the Nanchang(mes’s song) the name of 'Jeonghwasuyeop'. This shows that at the time of the compilation of the 『Yulbo』, the function of 'Dae' was somewhat fluid and yet nominal. In chapter 4, we discussed the lyrics of the Gagok Hanbatang. A total of 79 pieces, Namchang 57, pieces, Yeochang 22 pieces were recorded. 1~5 numbers per music were arranged. It is the result of the representative song, which was actually widely used at the stage of performing Gagok. It is a passage showing that 『Yulbo』 was a singing script used at the performance site. In Chapter 5, we compared the characteristics of 『Yulbo』, 『Gasa(歌詞)』(Collection of Nason) and 『Sijoeumryul(時調音律)』 and explored the genealogy. They were all recopied of Gajip edited in the first half of the 19th century, with 『Gasa』(Collection of Nason) being the first to be edited. The distinction between the Namchang and Yeochang is not clear and the use of a unique musical name clearly shows the beginning of the 19th century when the Gagok Hanbatang was diversed. On the other hand, 『Yulbo』 shares the unique musical names with 『Gasa』(Collection of Nason) but shows a more stable aspect. In 『Sijoyeumryul』, the unique musical names shown in the 『Yulbo』 and 『Gasa』(Collection of Nason) is not used. This is because they gained nominal status. The system is also more organized than 『Yulbo』. As a result, the derivation path between them is identified as 『Gasa』(Collection of Nason) → 『Yulbo』 → 『Sijoyeumryul』. These are very important data in that they show the differentiation process of Gagok in the transition period from the first half of the 19th century.
