Equipped with a camera mounted on a drone, it can be sent to remote or dangerous places where people cannot go directly, so it expands the human senses such as environmental pollution, security, surveillance, and control, and shooting, racing, etc. far, high, and wide, and much more. It is safe, efficient and can bring great satisfaction. Currently, the domestic pilot qualification system is classified based on weight and use, so it can be operated without non-business use and no pilot qualification of 12 kg or less. However, training on safety and flight before operation, such as collision and crash during operation, battery explosion, etc., is mandatory. Because of this, accidents that cause damage to people and property are continuing. A collision experiment was conducted with a skinless, skinless triplet of a pig similar to that of a human and a propeller mounted on a gas of 250g~14.9kg, and the danger of a small drone of 12kg or less that could be operated without obtaining a pilot qualification was confirmed. In order to utilize drones in various fields, if drones are operated based on the legal classification of maneuvering qualifications, flight training before operation, and experimental data on possible accidents, drones can safely enter into our lives and save valuable lives and property.
