The purpose of this research is to verify the relationship among enjoyment, flow and adherence intention of Wake surf participants. To achieve the goal, A total of 139 samples were used for a data analysis. Conducted with frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability verification, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis with SPSS 22.0 ver. statistical program. The results are as follows. First, interest factor and health factor of enjoyment had significant effect on cognitive factor of flow. Therefore it is necessary to apply measures such as maintaining interest and objectively presenting the health benefits of participating in wake surfing. Second, interest factor, health factor and social factor of enjoyment had significant effect on behavior factor of flow unlike the sports that determined competition and competition, the joy felt through the exchange with the club members was judged to be the important value of wake surfing. Third, all of factor flow had significant effect on adherence intention. In order to draw continued participation in wake surfing, it will be necessary to strengthen the enjoyment factors that affect flow.
