The purpose of this research is to verify the relationship among service quality, leisure satisfaction and recommendation intention of surfing point. To achieve the goal, A total of 283 samples were conducted with frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability verification, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis with SPSS 22.0 statistical program. The results are as follows. First, service quality did not have statistical influence on physical factor of leisure satisfaction. physical environment factor had significant influence on social, psychological and resting satisfaction of leisure satisfaction. However, programme and operating ability factor did not have statistical influence with social, psychological and resting satisfaction. It can be identified that the role of physical environment and importance in surfing spot. Second, social, psychological and resting satisfaction of leisure satisfaction had an impact on recommendation intention. While participating on the surfing activity, a leisure satisfaction is the important factor for recommendation intention.
