As the use of learning apps using mobile-based devices (smartphones, smart pads, tablet PC, etc.) increases, many learning contents are being implemented in mobile environments (app stores and Google Play).However, the growth of the smartphone market has become the basis for using various mobile apps, but on the other hand, indiscriminate distribution leads to the deterioration of the quality of the app, which has attracted attention and interest in the satisfaction and quality of the app user experience. In order to understand the structure and influence of user experience and quality of mobile-based learning apps on user satisfaction, this study first conducted a theoretical review through existing literature and previous studies, and conducted a questionnaire on user experience, quality, and satisfaction for 100 male and female employees and college students who have mobile-based learning apps. And the effect of user experience and quality on satisfaction was verified through factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis, and mediating analysis of each measurement variable.As a result, the user experience of mobile-based learning apps had a positive effect on satisfaction, and the system quality played a mediating role in the user experience having a positive effect on satisfaction.
