This study aims to explore the effect of transformational leadership and transactional leadership on organizational performance which are an important topic in modern society and organizations. In specific, this study focuses on the moderating effects of organizational trust between leaderships and organizational performance. This study finds that transformational leadership is positively associated with organizational performance. Also, transactional leadership has a positive effect on organizational performance. Also, the moderating effect of organizational trust has a negative effect on the relationship between transactional leadership and organizational performance. But, the moderating effect of organizational trust has a positive effect on the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational performance. The implications of these findings are thoroughly discussed.
