Double mouth rim with clay stripe pottery of Liaoxi tends to be considered the same as clay-stripe pottery of the Korean Peninsula and Liaodong area due to its formative similarity. But double mouth rim with clay stripe pottery of Liaoxi basically has the making tradition of attaching clay to the outside after making the lip. That is a fundamental difference in the manufacturing method from Liaodong area and the Korean Peninsula attaching clay without completing the lip. On the other hand, there is a flow that gradually changes from the thin clay to the thick clay in Liaoxi, and a circular or square shape appears in the process. In addition, since there are the same things as the manufaturing method of the lip, they can be included in the category of the clay-stripe pottery and called the rounded clay-stripe pottery. Its appearance cannot go above the 5th century BC, clay-stripe pottery of the zhengjiawazi type in Liaodong is considered to be influenced by Liaoxi. However, the rounded clay-stripe pottery in the northeast of China did not affect one-way from Liaoxi to Liaodong or from Liaodong to Liaoxi. It seems to have occurred as a result of being selectively accepted the motif of making the lip rounded under the traditional craftsmanship of the pottery of Liaoxi in a variety ways of the exchange.
