Cellulose materials have various advantages such as high surface area, mechanical strength, and biodgradability. For this reason, cellulose materials are widely applied in the biomedical application. In particular, cellulose materials are utilized in biomedical application such as wound healing and tissue engineering using 3D printing. Among cellulosic materials, we made a photo-curable bioink using bacterial cellulose(BC). BC was produced by Gluconacetobacter hansenii and was modified into a bio-ink material through a two-step process of carboxy methylation and methacrylation.
