Traditional rainbow trout breeding technology, such as SNPs, assists rainbow trout fish strains. In this study, 28 male fish,237 female fish, and a total of 265 rainbow trout were used for gene sample collection. We found five single nucleotide polymorphisms and two single nucleotide polymorphisms in the promoter. One is in the 5’ UTR and two are in the 3’UTR at the end.
