Using ginseng sprout grown with smart farm technology, the bio-conversion manufacturing method of Compoun K, which has been reported to have effects on diabetes, vascular inflammation, and immunity enhancement, was verified and the antioxidant and antibacterial activities of the conversion compositions were verified. Enzymes used for bio-conversion were plantase Ak, Pluszyme 2000D, and Rohament CL. A total of three enzymes were used for conversion.
