Papain-like protease(PLpro) is one of the target enzymes to develop SARS-CoV-2 antiviral drug. The aim of the our study is to find PLpro inhibitor from Peucedanum japonicum Thunb. Ethanol extract of the roots of P. japonicum was chromatographied by silica gel and C-18 column chromatographies to obtain two compounds 1 and 2.
