Masson’s tumor, also known as intravascular papillary endothelial hyperplasia (IPEH), is arare, benign vascular tumor characterized by the proliferation of endothelial cells with papillaryformations. Differential diagnosis between IPEH and angiosarcoma is important becauseboth have microscopic similarity. Herein, we report a rare case of IPEH on the right lateral neckof a 50-year-old female presenting with a neck mass, which was completely removed withoutcomplication.
