In modern society, anger is a personal problem that not only affects physically and mentally, but has emerged as a major social problem. In the process of this change, social problems and criminal phenomena are also appearing due to incorrect expression of anger. However, the biggest problem with wrong expression of anger is not only negative emotion expression, but it can also cause stress disorder, physical and mental illness, and damage mental health. Therefore, for healthy mental health, the problem of wrong expression of anger must be improved, and efforts to improve it with correct expression of anger are necessary. Although there are many prior studies on the effect of stress on mental health, prior studies on the effect of anger expression on mental health are insufficient. Therefore, this study aims to maintain and manage healthy mental health of beauty workers by studying the effect of anger expression of beauty workers on mental health. The subject of this study was set up for beauty workers in the metropolitan area, and was conducted from October 15, 2019 to November 10, 2019. A total of 305 questionnaires were distributed to collect 305 copies, and 300 copies were used as final analysis data. Was used. As a result of this study, it was found that expression of anger (expression, control, suppression) has a positive (+) effect on mental health (depression, body, compulsion). Efforts for healthy mental health are needed by continuously improving the problem of anger expression for a thought and healthy mental health. Based on the results of this study, we hope that the healthy mental health of beauty workers will be maintained and managed, and the subject of this study is limited to beauty workers in the metropolitan area. I will be able to. I hope that this study will be used as basic data in the future and will have a more positive effect on modern people.
