Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between Korean sport and the political power structure and to criticize and practice sport.
Method: The reason why sports should be pure and ideal through literature review method is paradoxically suggested through human and sport through humanistic insights in connection with the elements and structures of political power, because the minimum logic and research on why sport should be changed by political power in Korean sport are needed.
Results: As Korean sport has been structured by political power, it has become hard to respond to changes in itself and external changes. As power is the most primitive desire of human beings, political situations in sport have developed into political power, and as political power is structured so that it can work well again, the damage is primarily physical athlete, and it affects the whole sport and our society as a whole. Therefore, it is necessary to create a sport environment and culture for the change of consciousness so that the fundamental concepts and perceptions of respect as a human being can be formed for human beings who are the main players of sport.
Conclusion: It is necessary to carry out follow-up studies of laws and systems so that the structure of political power in Korean sport is not overburdened anymore, and a social atmosphere that can grasp the structure properly and the direction of correct change can be made together.
