Pear (Pyrus spp) .is an economically important fruit tree grown extensively worldwide. To identify QTL related to agronomically important fruit traits, QTL mapping was performed using 187 F₁ population derived from a cross between ‘Manpungbae’ and ‘Oharabeni’. Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) detected by genotyping-by-sequencing (GBS) and simple sequence repeats (SSRs) developed from pear were analyzed for construction of integrated genetic linkage map.
