With the continuous development of science and technology, there is an increase in the integration of new media interactive design and cutting-edge technology. Owing to the advances in artificial intelligence, diverse smart sensors have been developed for various purposes, including gesture. recognition systems. With gesture recognition systems, users can use both hands to complete "space work" in virtual images or physical media. This article adopts several gestures commonly used to convey different types of information and reflect the interaction of the audience"s visual design. In addition, various gestures with the traditional meanings of ‘five elements’ were connected to represent the esthetic requirements under different cultural backgrounds.
