This study was intended to present the 6th industrialization development plan in Incheon through monitoring the certified management body of the rural convergence industry in Incheon.
As a result of the study, Incheon"s rural convergence industry certification management body is mainly composed of primary*second*3 type management, and health food products account for a high proportion of major production items. The main transactions are offline transactions, and the main ingredients are self-produced, Incheon City and the border area. Business employment has increased slightly compared to the previous year, but there are difficulties in hiring young people and others.
According to the results of the study, the following matters shall be presented for the 6th industrialization development in Incheon:
First, the 6th industrialization of the regional unit. Through the 6th industrialization at the regional level, various regional business entities should participate in the 6th industrialization to meet their respective characteristics, giving them an opportunity to increase synergy. Second, establishing customer-centered product and service strategies. It is necessary to establish a system that can be reflected in products and services by conducting customer demand surveys, etc. from time to time so that customers can understand their requirements. Third, a systematic support system is bound to happen. It is supporting certified companies focusing on the 6th Industrial Support Center in the region. However, it does not reflect the requirements for certified entities. That is, there is no post-monitoring management of the certification entity. It is necessary to establish an evaluation system for certification companies and it will be available for follow-up management.
This study is expected to present development plans for the 6th industrialization of the Incheon area and be used as a basic data for the development of sustainable 6th industrialization policies for agricultural and fishing villages in Incheon.

본 연구는 인천지역 농촌융복합산업 인증경영체 모니터링을 통해 인천지역 6차 산업화 발전방안을 제시하고자 하였다.
연구결과 인천의 농촌융복합산업 인증경영체는 1*2형*3형(복합형) 경영체가 주를 이루며, 주요 생산품목은 건강식품류가 높은 비중을 차지하고 있다. 주요거래는 오프라인 거래이며, 주원료는 자가생산, 인천시 및 접경지역에서 조달하고 있다. 사업체 고용은 전년 대비 다소 증가한 것으로 나타나고 있지만, 청년 등 인력 채용에 어려움이 있다.
연구결과에 따라 인천지역 6차 산업화 발전을 위해 다음 사항을 제시하고자 한다.
첫째, 지역 단위 6차 산업화이다. 지역 단위 6차 산업화를 통해 지역의 다양한 사업 주체들이 각각의 특성에 맞도록 6차 산업화에 참여하여 시너지를 높일 수 있는 기회를 부여해야 한다. 둘째, 고객 중심 제품·서비스전략수립이다. 고객의 요구사항을 파악할 수 있도록 수시로 고객수요조사 등을 실시하여 제품 및 서비스에 반영할 수 있는 체계를 갖출 필요가 있다. 셋째, 체계화된 지원제도 마련이다. 지역의 6차 산업지원센터를 중심으로 인증기업을 지원하고 있다. 그러나 인증기업체에 대한 요구사항을 반영하지 못하고 있다. 즉, 인증기업체에 대해 모니터링 후 사후관리가 이루어지지 않고 있다. 인증사업체에 대한 평가체계 구축이 필요하며 이를 사후관리에 활용할 수 있을 것이다.
본 연구는 인천지역의 6차 산업화를 위한 발전방안을 제시하여 인천지역 농·어촌의 지속 가능한 6차 산업화 정책 마련을 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다. 다만, 이 논문은 6차 산업화 지역의 인증사업체를 파악함에 있어 지원센터의 모니터링 조사 자료의 일부를 활용하고 있는 한계가 있다. 향후 지역 단위 6차 산업화 촉진을 위해 및 이에 대한 상세한 파악과 분석이 요구된다. 또한 정책적, 행정적 지원에 대한 방안들뿐만 아니라 지역단위 6차산업화 활성화를 위한 참여주체들(농업인, 법인 등)의 역할에 대한 후속연구도 필요할 것으로 여겨진다.
본 연구는 인천지역의 6차 산업화를 위한 발전방안을 제시하여 인천지역 농·어촌의 지속 가능한 6차 산업화 정책 마련을 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.
