Low-cost fabrication of nanoscale surface structure is essential for the broad utilization of nanoscale effects in our daily life. A highly durable mold component is required for replicating nanopatterns during mass production process of plastic materials such as injection molding, thermoforming, and blow molding. In this study, solvent-assisted nanoimprinting method was applied to make molds by transferring the master nanopattern onto a stainless steel block (40 x 40 mm) surface.
