Pirpose : The purpose of this research is to focus on the patients who take the biopsy test for the head and neck. While the group of patients are taking this test, , they are exposed to the status of nerve and pain due to the patients have any movement while they had a biopsy test will affect to the safety of patients. So patient stand immovable posture however, this posture will accelerate the panic and nervous. To avoid these issues, Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to evaluate the usefulness of anxiety during the test by applying music therapy usefully to avoid thus problem.

Materials and Methods : The subjects of this study were 28 patients who underwent a head and neck biopsy at our hospital from April 5 to 30, 2021, and the selection criteria are as follows. 1) Those who have the ability to understand the questionnaire and have accepted the study, 2) 15 patients over 65 years of age, 3) those who have no hearing or speech impairment and can communicate, 4) patients who can listen to music.
