Recently, livestock products are being imported indiscriminately from various countries. The cases of false labeling of geographical origin have been increasing due to price differences between domestic and foreign livestock products. Discrimination of the livestock geographical origin of products is very important, because contamination of heavy metal and undesirable antibiotics has been found in the imported products. This study was carried out to improve the accuracy of the discrimination of the geographical origin in pork belly, it used optimal statistical techniques for 6 models using inorganic and organic ingredient data over the past 4 years.
