Since the increasing number of emerging and unregulated pollutants have been detected in surface water. Most compounds such as pharmaceuticals, surfactants, biocides and personal care products enter surface water primarily through treated and untreated wastewater and the advent of large-scale commercial production of chemicals released into the water has contaminated the aquatic environment with complex chemical mixtures that can harm both human and ecosystem. In order to identify the substances of these compounds, raw and purified water of Han river were analyzed through non-target screening. Solid-phase extraction was used as a pretreatment, and analysis was performed in positive and negative modes using LC-HRMS.
