Genomic selection (GS) is an efficient breeding strategy to improve quantitative traits that are controlled by a large number of QTL. For GS, it is necessary to calculate genomic estimated breeding values (GEBVs) using molecular markers. In this study, we investigated the prediction accuracy of GEBVs for fruit traits using different sets of SNP markers in tomato. A collection of 192 varieties were evaluated for phenotypic variations of six fruit traits including fruit weight, fruit width, fruit height, pericarp thickness, fruit firmness, and Brix in field trials over two years. For genotyping, 51K Axiom<sup>TM</sup> SNP array generated 51,214 polymorphic SNPs in the 192 varieties.
