Basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) is one of the therapeutic growth factors used for skin regeneration [1] and stem cell culture [2]. Recently, the delivery of bFGF has been studied as a strategy for scar treatment [3]. However, it is known that the stability of the bFGF is relatively short with a half-life about 8 h [4].
