The recent discovery of a new class of two-dimensional (2D) materials have opened new opportunities for the next generation optoelectronics because of their unique layer-dependent electrical and optical properties.
Stacked heterostructures based on 2D materials have remarkable potential in many fields due to their interface interactions. Here, we introduce selected researches on properties and applications of heterostructures based on 2D materials.
