The highly-intensive agricultural and livestock industry, which relies excessively on chemical materials, has resulted in damage to various public interest functions such as water purification, circulation space of materials and energy, provision of ecosystem habitat, and rural amenities. In order to solve this problem, this study verified the effect of conflict perception variables on participation attitudes in agricultural environment conservation programs in the problem. Developed survey was conducted in a face-to-face survey method in Nae-dong, Anpoong, Hwabang, and Pyeongri villages in Gangjin-gun on August 20~22, 2020, and a total of 345 effective samples were collected. Demographic analysis, t-test analysis, factor analysis and multiple regression analysis were used for statistical analysis. As a result, it was confirmed that the perception of conflict that exists among various community subjects has an effect on the attitude of participation in the agricultural environment conservation program. Business conflict and relationship conflict showed 58.8% explanatory power in the attitude of indirect participation, and business conflict and relationship conflict showed 49.2% explanatory power in the direct participation attitude. In particular, in the case of relational conflict, it has a high influence on the attitude of direct and indirect participation, so it is confirmed as an item that must be checked when implementing community-level policy projects.
