There is relationship between economic development and urban development. landscape renovation not only provide an ideal outdoor environment to citizens, also could bring economic benefits to a district. Usually, urban development will experience a huge transition in a long term. The regional planning will be endowed different purposes in different term due to the progress of urban accompanied with the requirements of social and industrial development. Thus, some abandoned area should become new problem at present. In this paper, I will provide 4 cases as example to research this object. The 4 cases have different historical background and new schemes. The designers plan them according to their special characteristics and surroundings. At present, these district benefit from landscape renovation, and could provide ideal environment to citizens.
