The purpose of this study was to find out how early childhood teachers’ creativity and playfulness has an effect on the stimulation of creativity. The surveyed group of this study are 220 teachers working at kindergartens in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. The teacher’ creativity and playfulness test, the education test of early childhood creativity, and the SPSS 22.0 statistical analysis program were used to analyze the survey data. As a result, teachers’ creativity and playfulness generally have a high positive correlation with stimulating creativity. Multiple regression analysis on the influence of early childhood teachers’ creativity and playfulness on building creativity in education was performed. As a result, it was found that a teacher’s creativity and playfulness had a significant effect on creativity. In this study, it was statistically found that teachers’ creativity and playfulness are closely related to the stimulus of creativity. Based on these results, it was suggested that a practical plan for teachers’ empowerment to facilitate the stimulation of creativity was necessary.
