The purpose of this study is to suggest strategies and directions for developing the digital healthcare industry in Guri-si. Digital healthcare is expected to grow in size and is drawing attention as a new industry that can create new business models. Around the world many countries have established and promoted the healthcare industry promotion policy.
In this study, the trends of digital healthcare technology and industry were analyzed and the policy status of industrial development was studied. In addition, the company analyzed patent technology for healthcare and conducted a survey of healthcare companies. Companies appreciated the growth potential of the digital healthcare market and responded that they needed a support policy for development. The use of big data in the public and private sectors is still low. In order to foster the digital healthcare industry, they answered that financial support and improvement of regulations are necessary. Finally, the plan for fostering the digital healthcare industry in Guri-si was established.
