Rapidly technical changing and industrial restructuring make the circumstance of vocational training changed. So vocational training should actively and flexibly response the reqirement through the development and operation various training course. Thus good vocational teachers should be supplied and hired. This research tried to give policy directions for the efficient cultivation and management of vocational teacher through the analysis of current problem. For this analysis, two surveys were conducted. The one is the survey of the status which is questioned to manager of training center about demo-graphic characteristics, educational attainment, tenure, mobility, and service type. The other is opinion survey for in-service training program. One-forth of those who act.as vocational teacher have not the licence. It enable the quality of vocational training lower. So many person act as a aasistant teacher in inplant training. This resulted from alleviation of regulation. Despite it has positive aspect for increasing the firm training and firm specific training, it could depreciate the quality of inplant training. And in private sector, job security of vocational training teachers is not better than expected level. To prevent round about utilization of assistant teacher, criteria for staffing should strictly be implemented with some lower level. To reduce problems due to the differential of quality of supplied teacher, two course should differently be emphasized. Formal long course for licence should be placed at mainstream in vocational training teachers supply process.
