The objective of this study is to analyze the effects of major satisfaction and career decision self-efficacy on the job-seeking anxiety of university football players. For this, this study conducted a survey for 300 university football players in six areas through the convenience sampling of non-probability sampling methods. In the results of the survey, total 284 questionnaires were used as the final data after excluding 16 questionnaires with insincere responses. Using the Windows SPSS 25.0 ver. for data analysis, this study analyzed the correlations between variables, and then verified the research questions by using the multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, in the results of analyzing the correlations between major satisfaction and job-seeking anxiety of university football players, there were significantly negative correlations between all the subfactors of major satisfaction and job-seeking anxiety. And the major satisfaction had significant effects on the job-seeking anxiety of university football players. Second, in the results of analyzing the correlations between career decision self-efficacy and job-seeking anxiety of university football players, there were significantly negative correlations between all the subfactors of career decision self-efficacy and job-seeking anxiety. And the career decision self-efficacy had significant effects on the job-seeking anxiety of university football players.
