Endoscopic sinus surgery is a treatment method for chronic rhinosinusitis not controlled withmedical treatment. It had started with functional endoscopic sinus surgery and the concept ofreboot approach was introduced recently. For safe surgical treatment, understanding the anatomyespecially personal variations between well-known structures is important. The practicalpoints of surgical concept during endoscopic sinus surgery was suggested.
