This study is the result of experiments done to reveal the effect on inhibiting skin creases formation in p photo ageing following UVB irradiation of missing extract (PT_iF) and surface compound naringin. In this study, the anti-inflammatory effects of PT_iF and Naringin were tested on the anti-inflammatory effects of PT_iF in corneal cells induced inflammation with TNF-α/IFN-Flex. PT_iF and naringin showed little toxicity and measured the expression of MMP-1, MMP-2, MMP-9 and MMP-13 mRNA genes associated with collagen decomposition in skin cells, PT_iF extracts and naringin compared to MMP-1, MMP-2, MMP-9 and MMP-13 in order to compare gene manifestations in non-monoprotechnics (MMP-1). In addition, the identification of mRNA manifestations of IL-6 and TNF-α, known as cytokine causing skin irritation, showed that increased IL-6 and TNF-α manifestations by TNF-α+IFN-γ were effectively inhibited by PT_iF extracts and naringin. Based on the above results, PT_iF and the active ingredient, naringin, were demonstrated in the in vitro experiment that inhibits the destructive reaction of collagen tissue caused by UV rays and facilitates collagen production, thereby preventing or mitigating skin wrinkles caused by UV rays.
