“Yongming style” is a regulated verse created by literati who lived in the period of Emperor QiWu in the Southern Dynasties. It marked a significant change in the development of Chinese poetry; It is an exotic flower bursting in the garden of Chinese civilization history; Its appearance had lead the ancient written poetry more musical and rhythmical. However, since Imperial Competitive Examination was abolished in the early twentieth century (1905), the creation of Chinese poetry began to advocate vernacular language and this caused the regulated type verse disappeared from the history of contemporary Chinese literature. In recent years, the creation of rhythmic poetry has returned to the poetry world with the rebirth of Chinese traditional culture. However, many authors can no longer master the basic rules due to the desolation in the past century. Asymmetry, bad tonal pattern, multiple rhyme and etc. similar cases are numerous. This article will mainly focus on these types of problems.
