Food service managers are attempting to change the new business environment by introducing technology, and they are paying attention to kiosks such as unmanned order payment systems. Hence, the purpose of this study is to identify the impact factor of kiosk technology adoption in food service industry based on technology acceptance model (TAM). A total of 352 data were collected and 320 valid data were used for statistical analysis. Data analysis was performed with the SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 version statistical package program. Major results are following. First, enjoyment had a positive effect on trust, usefulness, ease of use of kiosk. Second, trust had a significant negative effect on perceived risk, and it had significant positive effect on usefulness and ease of use. Third, perceived risk had not effect on usefulness but it had a significant negative effect on ease of use. Fourth, usefulness had a significant positive effect on ease of use. Finally, both usefulness and ease of use showed a significant positive effect on behavior intention. Based on these founding, current study contributed to develop marketing strategics through developed technology system for food service industry. The limitations of this study and future studies are also discussed.
