The goal of this study is to realize the goal of developing a sustainable urban high-density urban type. In particular, it is possible to create events for residents by creating amenity spaces and green spaces in high-rise buildings, as well as creating green spaces to create architectural spaces in harmony with forests. have. Since the demand for urban density, social, economic and environmental aspects have never been considered qualitatively. In this respect, the results achieved through the objectives of this study will greatly contribute to the creation of an urban environment that has a high floor area even in the city center and can continue to lead a more pleasant and efficient life in economic, social and environmental aspects. The results of this study enable us to obtain practical information on the quality of the city and the compactness, compactness and compressibility of the city in relation to open space, daylight, energy, wind and quality of life. It also allows you to estimate the risks caused by high density and can help you recognize problems that require a high level of consciousness in a compact urban type design. In addition, this can contribute to a more flexible thinking regarding density as a solution for compact buildings.
