The purpose of this study is to investigate the mass type of apartment housing that can provide high density and pleasant conditions through experiments (simulations, etc.) On various types of apartment complexes in accordance with current laws and regulations of Korea. Specifically, we examine several factors surrounding the various types of apartment housing and apartment complexes in the world. And the big data. After that, we review the energy consumption, sunshine conditions, wind and public announcements related to the erasure of apartments in the city center by type. After that, they are divided into subordinate variables and digitized and manualized. Therefore, we want to study the development plan of sustainable high density type apartment house type.
The results of this study allow us to acquire practical information on the quality, urban compactness, compactness, and compressibility of cities related to public announcements, sunshine, energy, wind and quality of life. And the results of this study allow us to estimate the risks caused by high density. It can help to recognize problems that require a high level of consciousness in a compact urban type of design. And this can contribute to making compact thinking more comfortable in terms of density as a solution.
If the development method of sustainable high-density city is learned as an improved method which can actually realize the convergence approach beyond the existing urban architectural planning method, it can be utilized in the development of various other projects for the development of sustainable urban building environment for the future Will be possible.
