The purpose of this study is to prepare a plan for educational space for the elderly welfare center where "successful aging" can be achieved. The research method is literature review and case analysis. This course examines the definition and meaning of the theory of aging education(Geragogy) and examines the programs of the elderly welfare center. Eight learning space analysis frame were established through the relationship between types of elderly learners and aging education programs. The analysis results are as follows. First, the most common type is B-b type, which supports "aged learners who create culture", with the largest number of 42 spaces. Next, there are 19 spaces of type A space that can support "working and learning lifelong learners". On the other hand, Type C, which supports "careful and volunteer learners", has four spaces. As a result of this study, four types of the theory of the elderly education (Geragogy) can be related to the program and applied to the space. And we find that the four types of education for the elderly are not evenly distributed. These results indicate that the current aging education program of the elder welfare center is biased in one direction. Therefore, in order to prepare a plan that can meet the needs of the upcoming baby boomers, it is understood that various educational program spaces should be provided.
