This study aimed at verifying the effectiveness of ADSC-CM directly on the skin. The research target was middle aged women in the ages 30s~ mid 50s, who had hyperpigmentation and eye wrinkles, and the researcher provided them with research sample and let them applied 3 mL portion over the whole face with an air brush for 28 days, twice a day in the morning and the evening. Control Group (C) and Experimental Group (E) were composed of 20 people respectively, and the research sample given to E contained polymersome containing 5% ADSC-CM. Moisture content significantly increased in all facial regions of E, and TEWL decreased, the result of C is opposite to that of E. Melanin of lid cheek decreased in C on the right and the left by average 2.0%, and decreased by 7.3% in E. Erythema of Lid Cheek increased both on the left and the right in C, while in E, decreased significantly both on the left and the right. Overall size of eye wrinkle, depth, and width increased in C, while decreased in E. Skin roughness and erythema of lid cheek increased in C, while decreased in E. In conclusion, the effectiveness of ADSC-CM was verified on all experimental conditions including skin moisture content, TEWL, facial skin tone, melanin and erythema of lid cheek, eye wrinkle, skin roughness of lid cheek. This study has a significant that it verified the clinical effectiveness of cosmetic products containing ADSC-CM with 5% of polymersome.
