In this paper, based on the hearing investigation of the damage to the Korean in Japan, the human rights of the Korean in Japan and the harm of the hate speech were considered. The Hate speech has suddenly stepped into the life of Korean in Japan, and it is clear that it has caused a great deal of damage to Korean's heart in Japan, not only when it is done, but also after they leave. Hate's words directed to Koreans in Japan are “words of violence” as “words that can not be heard, words that children do not want to hear, words that deny us our very existence”. Koreans in Japan felt fear, anger, sadness, despair, but they did not know why they had to meet such a absurdity. However, if you say a word that gives up because of your attribute, you can not counter it. Thus, the hate speech gives the minority a sense of self󰠏loss and helplessness and forces silence. And it interferes with the daily life that had been so peaceful, adversely affects human relationships in social life, and also the importance of Koreans in Japan, such as the relationship with Japanese people in the region that they have built up so far, and the culture of Japan and Korea　.It has also become clear that there is the evil of causing cracks in what has been. In addition to the hate speech side, the police who act as if protecting them, the Japanese society that tolerates such discrimination activities as they are, and the Japanese who are on the sidelines as other personnel are deeply desperate
