The study aims to examine the factors influencing social workers' advocacy practice for multicultural people. For the purpose of the study, this study analyzed 251 social worker who belong to a social welfare organization. Multiple regression was used to examine the influence of social distance, professionalism, cultural competence of organization on the social workers' advocacy practice for multicultural people. Findings of multiple regression identified that the influence of social distance, professionalism, cultural competence of organization had a significant influence on the social workers' advocacy practice for multicultural people even after controlling the influences of other factors. On the basis of the results, practical suggestions to change social distance, professionalism, cultural competence of organization were discussed.
