The purpose of this study was to explore causal relationship among emotional intelligence, scholastic self-efficacy, school adaptation, sense of value for dance, and self-actualization. The sample of the study was university dance major students from all over the country. Subjects (N=537) were selected from 8 different universities by using the convenience sampling technique. The data were recorded and analyzed using SPSS ver. 16.0 and AMOS 6.0 statistical computer package to do an exploratory factor analysis and SEM. The results from Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Structural Equation Model are follows. First, self-emotional awareness and self-emotional control have significantly effect on only self-efficacy. Second, self-motivation and personal relationship in EI have significantly effect on relation for only professors in school adaptation. Third, only self-control efficacy in scholastic self-efficacy have significantly influence on esthetic and social value for dance. Fourth, only relation for professor in school have significantly effect on economical value for dance. Fifth, esthetic and social value for dance have significantly influence on self-actualization of dance in dance major students.
