This study is to examine the effects of specialization level on dance attitude and career maturity of dance major student. And The subjects of this study were a total of 267 participants, who were majoring in the department of dance in university. The sampling of this study practiced on purposive sampling method. The method of the statistical analysis used in this study, were reliability analysis, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis, path analysis. As a result of these data analysis, the conclusions of this study are as follows. First, there was a statistically significant differences in specialization level according to personal characters(grade, major) That is, the fourth grade and second grade were a contrast to the other grade. And korean dance and modern dance were a contrast to the ballet n specialization level. Second, With respect to the relation between specialization level and dance attitude, it was found that specialization level and dance attitude had a mutual influence. That is, specialization level influenced dance attitude in dance affection and performance level order. Third, With respect to the relation between specialization level and career maturity, it was found that specialization level and career maturity had a mutual influence. That is, specialization level influenced career maturity in dance affection.
